Thousands of dance lovers have token to the streets during the annual Techno Parade, on Sept. 17,

to hear the pulsing music supplied by more than 150 D.J.’s riding 20 floats.

Part of Rendez-vous Électroniques, an electronic music festival, the parade runs for three miles

through the lively neighborhoods of St.-Michel and St.-Germain, starting at Place de la République

at 10:30 am and ending around 5 p.m. at Place d’Italie. The action then moves to clubs when night falls.
